Job Description
- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Job Requirements
- Preferred graduated from French schools
- FEMALES ONLY
- Fluent French Language is a must - with a good standard of English Language
- Presentable with Professional attitude.
- High Communication Skills
- Able to work through teamwork and in an active environment
- Able to travel on a frequent basis
- Flexible working hours with Full-Time availability
- Experience in the same field not less than 3 years.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email software,
- Attention to detail, Professionalism.
