Job Description
- Review and improve Production procedures and instructions.
- Creation and maintain all production tracking systems.
- Control the process balance between production and scrap.
- To pave the environment, team and order in which the personnel in the Production Department can work most efficiently and to take precautions to minimize the waste time.
- Monitoring all production processes and make sure all aligned with lean manufacturing methods.
- To present a request for sufficient quantity and specifying of necessary tools and equipment to ensure that production is carried out in an adequate manner.
- Track production department’s performance and plant status.
- Applying continuous improvement projects.
- Applying lean manufacturing system.
- To collect and evaluate statistical data related to Production activities and types of failures.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree.
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office.
- Lean manufacturing background is a must supported with achievements.
- Green belt lean six sigma is preferable.
- Innovative.
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
- Maximum age for the candidates :25 years old
