Hatour Consulting sister company of Alpinapharm GmbH in Switzerland is actively seeking a new Quality Support. We are currently opening a new office in Cairo and looking for motivated individuals to join our new team.
The Quality Support will perform marketing authorization holder evaluations. She or he will report directly to Quality Manager.

The Quality Support Will:
- Fill in Product Quality Review (PQR) administrative details in the PQR evaluation templates
- Fill in Marketing authorization holder (MAH) part with the MAH specific data for each MAH
- Deliver requested Key performance indicators (KPIs) within the timeline and with the requested quality
- Support and maintain a high level of Quality Assurance
- Keep abreast of GMP, company requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and relation with products and GxP requirements, within area of responsibility and support compliance with these requirements
- Scan, file, and organize folders for the purposes of document keeping
- Achieve individual and team goals. Meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards.
Job Requirements
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- University degree mandatory BA beneficial MA in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biotechnology
- 1-2 years of proven professional work experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in quality assurance, quality control or production
- Excellent knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical products
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements
- Language proficiency [ preferably C1 level according to CEFR Common European Framework of Reference for Languages]: fluent English and German or French or Spanish or Portuguese or Italian
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience working in a team- oriented, collaborative environment
