Job Description
- Supervises room attendants and cleaning staff.
- Checks that rooms are cleaned to a high standard
- Draws up a shift rotation for staff.
- Handles the hiring and training of new employees.
- Manages stocktaking and ordering cleaning equipment, and room supplies.
- Reviews faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work.
- Manages budgets and controlling costs.
- Assures that staff work according to health and safety rules.
- Ensuring a positive experience for all Rooms guests.
- Coordinates work activities among departments.
- Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
- Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
- Prepares reports concerning cleanness level, customer satisfaction, and department expenses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Good command in English
- Experience in hospitality is a must for at least 5 years.
- Female only
- Age from 30-40.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
