Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in sales department to give them full information about realme and the technical training about realme's product sales.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in Workplace learning and presenting this research.
- Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for training material and it's updates.
- Responsible for promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Experience, 1-3 years as a Trainer (student activities would be appreciated).
