Logistic Supervisor

Participate and ensure the implementation of the work plan developed by distribution areas.
• Participate in the establishment and raising maps of new areas and headquarters.
• Ensure the readiness of offices and headquarters for work.
• Supervision and follow-up of branches, offices or distribution areas within the scope of his supervision.
• Provide periodic reports to the Director of the Department clarifying the daily work in all branches within the scope of his supervision.
• Ensure the expected quality level according to the specified standards.
• Conducting periodic weekly visits to branches.
• Train, encourage and motivate group leaders and quality controllers and follow-up their performance and ensure their ability to perform their job functions to the fullest.
• Periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up the daily work.

Ensure that the operations personnel distribute all kinds of postal materials in a timely manner according to the required delivery times for each product
• Create a positive work environment and good relations between colleagues.
• Measure the level of performance of group leaders and quality control.
• Submit a weekly report to the Director of the Department clarifying the level of performance.
• Approval and signature of the level of performance of the distribution representatives, which is done through group leaders and quality control (evaluation period tests / renewal of annual contracts / annual increases).
• Solve daily problems that exceed the powers of the group leader and quality control.
• Determine the monthly incentive for group leaders and quality controllers in accordance with the standards set by the company.
• Inform and approve the monthly incentive for distribution representatives presented by the group leaders according to the criteria set by the company
