Job Description
- Leads and directs multiple projects, managing resources and monitoring progress.
- Provides integrated systems planning and recommend new or different technologies which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals.
- As part of the Technical Design Authority of Informa Markets, review business initiatives to make sure any newly introduced platforms/technologies fit in with our overall architecture, identifying risks, dependencies, overlapping technologies proposals.
- Evolve architectural processes to provide necessary oversight, documentation, compliance & security best practises for all solutions.
- Ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements, ensuring alignment to business objectives and priorities
- Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Provides in-depth technical consultation to business stakeholders to ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies.
- Present to stakeholders the structure, characteristics, behaviour, benefits and and possible risks of our solutions, ensuring senior management’s alignment
- Providing architectural guidelines, guiding principles and specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.

Skills required
- Expert knowledge of design and implementation of cloud-native architecture and integration patterns
- A senior level knowledge of the system development life cycle, system and application program development technological alternatives and architecture methodologies for multi-platform environments.
- Must have experience working on or closely with the DevSecOps function in an agile environment
