Job Description
- Responsible for customer service of our games including answering queries and providing guidance to users
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Consolidate opinions of users from various platforms and report to game development team
- Ensure order in our games and provide a nice playing environment for users
- Assist in game testing

Job Requirements
- Familiar with MS Office including Excel and Word
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Strong interest in playing different games are preferable
