QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree (Preferably Bachelor of Computer Science).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist.
  • Able to handle multi tasks at the same time (work under pressure).
  • Good knowledge with cables and infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge with computer hardware and software.
