Job Description
- Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
- Formulate Company policies, procedures.
- Design Organization Structure.
- Create competency framework.
- Develop yearly Manpower & Workforce Planning.
- Conduct the job analysis process in order to Create Job profile including job description.
- Monitor and update the company manpower & Org. Charts transactions.
- Analyze the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping.
- Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
- Set the Learning & Development budget vs. the gap Analysis and Performance Management output
- Design IDP for each employee
- Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve company objectives.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience (In OD function).
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Fluent English.
- Giza residence is highly preferred.
- Max 28 years old.
