Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct market research uncovering client needs and preference whilst providing necessary insights for effective marketing initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients through opening consistent channels of communications.
Proactively gather client requests and ensure its timely fulfilment.
Collect, process and follow up on Purchase Orders as well as the collection of client payments.
Ensure the timely delivery of Mantrac’s products and services to clients with the intended quality and specifications.
Collect feedback on Mantrac’s products and services ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
