Job Description
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Good knowledge in planning and using primavera.
- Evaluate material submittal.
- Evaluate and review subcontractor invoices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's B.Sc. in Civil – Arch. Engineering.
- 15-20 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in Civil works, Finishing Works & Construction.
- Good using Autocad- MS office.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- High team work skills.
- Problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good in English (reading, writing and speaking).
