Job Description
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Take Off quantities and preparation the BOQ.
- Prepare items categories.
- Coordinate with all departments to produce full and complete BOQ including all disciplines.
- Track progress quantities.
- Prepare quantity reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in the same field.
- Experience in Civil works & Finishing Works & Construction.
- Good in using Autocad.
- Excellent in MS Office.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- High team work skills.
- Problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good in English (reading, writing and speaking).
