Job Description

  • Working closely with Destinations' Managers on the economic models of the trips to calculate the trip budget & funding requests.
  • Review proposed trip budget submissions from Destination Managers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare & Review trip budget funding requests with Destination Managers and coordinate with Treasury team the monthly USD cash needs.
  • Inform destination managers of due dates for the submission of the trip budget report & funding requests
  • Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each trip, and report on significant variances
  • Update the budget model as requested to account for significant changes in the trip calculations
  • Prepare consolidated monthly reports of trip budget funding USD needs.
  • Reporting to the management on a monthly basis P&L accounts for all the trips and help with the accounting team with actual book-keeping entries.
  • Accounting education & EXCEL skills are must to apply for the job.
  • Salary is a mix of both fixed & variable, but it will be in the range of 4k-5k or more in good months & high seasons.

Job Requirements

  • Accounting Experience of minimum 2-5 years - budgeting & cost accounting is a plus.
  • Expert of Excel sheets & good knowledge of other Microsoft Office products.
