Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the functioning of the retail store that services the customer.
- Ensuring that retail products are stocked, store displays are appealing.
- Ensuring that team members are providing customer assistance concerning retail products and features.
- Responsible for the coaching and training of new employees.
- Maintain work schedule records of employees on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that monthly inventory check is being accomplished properly.
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, orders, complaints and should help with their purchases.
- Capability of implement and manage store policies professionally.
- Responsible for organizing the merchandise on store shelves, reviewing the inventory to make sure everything is in stock, and establishing the sales goals for their departments.
- Ensure that their store is kept clean and that their employees are neat, well-groomed, and competent.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Experience at least 3 years in Retail field (Home Appliances or Electric Appliances) background Is required , minimum 1 year of which in a similar position .
- Maximum age is 30 years.
- Giza resident.
- Sales and Customer focused.
- Excellent Negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Soft skills and Sales courses are preferred.
- Able to work on shift bases.
