Job Description
- Break down Customer Specifications for Engineering, resolving issues and non-conformities with the customer and sales.
- Resolve customer's certification issues.
- Deal with product documentation.
- Source non-standard components for drawing office.
- Point of contact between Sales & Engineering.
- Maintain and improve Installation and Operation Manuals.
- Lead and progress Fame's.
- Keep on top of Legislation and changes. Gain a comprehensive understanding of relevant ISO EN…. Standards and communicate requirements to Engineering, Production and Sales.
- Create and maintain Product Technical Files and ensure CE compliance.
- Ensure products are correctly marked by Production - e.g. labelling
Job Requirements
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible attitude to work and be willing to use their own initiative
- Problem-solving and teamwork
- Preferable electrical experience
- Understanding of Standards and Certification.
- Experience more than 5 years
