Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop new business using existing and potential clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare reports on the status of accounts and transactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of communication engineering or computer science.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably with Avaya/ Cisco products.
- Very good command of English.
- Preferably own a car.
- Self motivated.
