Job Description
- Receiving Purchase Order from Planning department
- Insert Price Offers on excel sheet and select the best offer
- Contact Supplier who is selected and write required terms and certificates
- Review certificates and matching it and if there is mismatching back to QC for action
- Receive Invoice from Supplier, review it and receive Shipping Policy..
- Receive Tracking Number from Supplier to ensure from sending shipping and register it on Oracle Program.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Foreign Purchasing in Pharmaceutical companies
- Very good English&computer skills
- Very good Communication skills
- Work under pressure
- Team Work Player
