Job Description
- Work on setting up meetings with clients and presenting all the companies project details to the client
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Promote sales of properties through cold calls, prospecting, handling, leads, and networking.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Provide daily reports, potential clients confirmed meetings, surveys, units status reports to the team leader

Job Requirements
- 1-4 Sales experience
