Job Description
- Adding new staff on the human resources information system with all required information using SAP
- Apply changes on the current employee status; changing position, salaries, agencies, terminations.
- Update the attendance system with the employees’ effects; annual leaves, sick leaves, missions, & excuses.
- Develop working sheets which reflects the attendance effects; lateness and absenteeism
- Update the payroll with the final effects employee by employee and setting clear remarks on each one.
- Archive all the documents related to the employees’ effects
- Provide support to HR team in projects assigned by HR manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Previous experience as HRIS (1 Year at least)
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Human Resources Process knowledge in operational environment
- Good written and spoken English
