Job Description
- Perform AD Site, Organizational Unit (OU), Users and Groups, and Group Policy management
- Administrating Antivirus applications (Kaspersky , TrendMicro , …).
- Consistently and successfully provide 1stlevel support
Job Requirements
- The Systems Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of System Engineering experience
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Microsoft MCSA Certified
- Desire to work alongside the team to help design information and operational support systems
- Understand service management and working with the ticketing systems
- Real experience with ticket and service management systems.
- Good knowledge in backup system
- Good background in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Solid Knowledge in Client Operating systems (Windows 7 , Windows 10)
- Have a skill in hardware maintenance of laptops
