Job Description
- Analyze organizational needs and led performance management process improvements.
- Lead job description mapping project to align job codes, responsibilities and job titles world-wide.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Communicates changes and updates to the workforce and provides training when appropriate Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation & work conditions.
- Reduce turnover through strategic planning, implementing a change in culture that emphasized empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment of a superior workforce.
- Carries out periodic reviews of organization structures and job analysis/ evaluation activities to ensure departmental and organizational effectiveness.
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English is must.
- 4-6 years end-to-end OD & Training experience, preferably in construction firm
- The minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication management skills
