Job Description

  • Maintains the work structure by updating HR structure, job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure HR systems are properly communicated to employees and monitor and control their implementation.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Work jointly with the legal department in conducting internal investigations in case required.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

  • Use metrics and KPIs to create reports and identify areas of improvement for relevant areas
  • Participate in business review meetings
  • Manages, designs, and implements policies and procedures relating to organizational development.
  • Facilitates the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities.
  • Determine current staffing needs and develop Manpower/workforce plans and produce resources forecasts and recruitment timelines.
  • Work with company leadership and senior executives to understand the company strategy and business objectives develop talent acquisition strategies, tactics and hiring plans to improve business performance.
  • This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
