The ideal candidate is a creative writer, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the rest.
Tasks
- Moderating comments, messages, and direct messages with predetermined KPIs
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage the relationship with our Affiliate Marketing partners.
- Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
- Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.
Job Requirements
- Arabic/ English Typing Speed skills.
- Excellent English in writing and reading
- Previous experience in all social media channels.
- Previous Experience in Advertisements and Facebook Posting
- Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- The ability to handle and meet the client's requirements and achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
