Job Description
- Maintains optimally efficient inventory of production materials.
- Monitors a department or project's budget, inventory, and production schedule.
- Creates planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans, and regulations.
- Coordinating and planning production activities to minimization.
- Improve the store layout in a way to facilitate the in and out the process according to production spare parts daily needs and raw material daily requirements.
- Determine the optimal path of the movement of the goods produced from the production machines and even enter the place allocated to the store.
- Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and delay of sales requirements.
- Prepare a low-level stock plan.
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and his relationship with the store.
- Plan production requirements and schedules according to sales requests.
- Develop and review production plan with managers.
- Monitor the execution of the production plan and resolve any problem immediately.
- Discuses major issues with management immediately for resolution.
- Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions.
- Communicate production status to manager and sales on a daily basis.
- Study back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production process.
- Plan equipment, material and workers requirements to execute job orders.
- Monitor production progress and ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Compliance to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust the production schedule to meet deadlines.
- Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
Job Requirements
- Master IE
- Very well knowledgeable ( Excel vp.net, Minitab, lean c green belt)
