Job Description
- Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies. This may include updating new strategies for test automation and day to day work processes like agile and scrum.
- Create & manage quality tasks/project plans, considering and managing the deadlines of the projects.
- Setting quality standards and metrics for the running project/product.
- Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
- Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle
- Review test results and see all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, acceptance etc. are getting handled & covered right.
- Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking.
- Create Test plans
- Lead junior and senior testers.
- Design and execute test cases.
- Working in an agile (Scrum) environment.
- Gathering and understanding scope
- Writing Documentation according to business needs.
