Job Description
The contract department plays a critical role in the running of our business and he/she should be able to achieve company goals by creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
This means he/she will be required to analyze deals, scan competitions prices and based on research and experience be able to close out, renew or negotiate (new) contracts. He/she will have to be able to resolve any contract-related issues, internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Draw up, analyze, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
- Communicate directly with suppliers and maintain professional communication and relations with each supplier (hotelier)
- Research and Analyze competition
- Negotiate competitive and exclusive rate agreements
- Keep record of all contract-related documents/drafts
- Brainstorm and come up with efficient contract-related problem solving, internally and externally
- Monitor and follow up contract close-outs, extensions and renewals
- Build a strong contracting team
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years experience in Cairo City Hotels contracting
- Good math skills
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Quick thinking
- Problem solving
- Charismatic and friendly
- Organized
- Excellent sense of time management
- Excellent Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Access skills
