Job Description
- Record daily accounting transactions.
- Generate and review customer invoices and credit memos.
- Summarize accounts receivable and bookings activity.
- Assist with the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment.
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
- Participate in some administration tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
- Prior Service Accounting Experience in the software industry.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
