Main Job Duties:
- Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Manage network servers and technology tools
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
- BSc in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- 3 years of experience.
- Systems Administrator ,MCSA ,CCNA
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
