Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and increasing in store sales, by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests.
- Handle cash register and transactions with the customers.
- Assign prices according to set price list (when applicable) and coordinate needed alterations.
- Introduce promotions & Offers to customers & Answer customers questions.
- Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Arrange the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards on a continuous basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a MUST
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Fashion retail industry in the same position.
- Graduates only
- Strong experience in retail industry is a must.
- Military Status Completed or Exempted.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Computer Literacy, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
