Job Summary: Store Controller (PCB) The key responsibility of the Store Controller (PCB) is to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials in the PCB assembly line, in order to help meet production schedules and maintain an efficient production flow. The job incumbent performs various tasks from physical receipt of goods to inspection, storage and delivery of materials ensuring that all materials are properly stored and available at all times. Key Accountabilities: Receive incoming materials by verifying the quantity and quality against specifications and purchase order Document any exceptions and arrange for the return or exchange of any materials that fail to meet specifications Coordinate and expedite movement of materials to the PCB assembly line as per the production requirements Maintain logs and records of all material receipt and movements Ensure effective kit control by packing, unpacking, counting and checking against the documentation / kit list Serialize all blank PCB’s prior to kitting Maintain an effective inventory levels to ensure timely availability and replenishment of production component needs, requirements or shortages Evaluate risk of material shortages that might affect production and take proactive action to avoid the same Raise and process Purchase orders for replenishment of inventory Revise inventory levels from time to time and ensure that all stocked materials are accounted for Keep up to date and accurate data of stock, prepare stock status reports and escalate any issues for timely resolution Create an orderly and accessible storage system for the inventory in order to store materials and keep track of material movements Ensure that good housekeeping and health and safety regulations are adhered to in and around the store Experience & Education Qualifications: Expertise: Minimum: 1 year’ experience working on PCB assembly line in the capacity of Store Controller Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Class 3 Electronics Manufacturing requirements Previous experience in operating Pick n Place SMT stations, SPI, AOI, X-RAY, Flying Probe Minimum Qualification : Minimum: High School or Diploma in related field Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent#HALCON
