Job Description
- The NOC (Network Operations Center) shift supervisor will spend the shift monitoring the buses network in real-time and make decisions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and operational discipline.

Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Shift is 9 hours long with rotating vacations and shift timings. Morning (6AM-3PM), Night (3PM-12AM). 6 days of work followed by 2 days off.
- We’re looking for recent / fresh graduates or experience 1 year
- Very Good English reading, writing & speaking skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Preferably to have a certificate in advanced MS Excel
