Job Description

  • Create social media content and planning.

  • Measure and report performance of all Social Media campaigns, and assess against goals. (ROI and KPIs)

  • Support strategy and execution of social media campaigns for the agency and clients.

  • Available to attend events we sponsor on a monthly basis (usually no more than 1-2) on behalf of CultArk outside of standard hours.

  • Continue to refine and define our social media marketing process.

  • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.

  • Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.

  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.

  • Act as key contact between CultArk and the client.

  • Generate agile content to capitalize on trending online topics.

  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.

  • Translate brand/client’s strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

  • Take brand/client’s ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.

  • Ongoing monitoring of content performance and optimization for better results.

  • Work closely with the client and recommend ideas to improve engagement and traffic.

  • Manage the content calendar approval process.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative with a passion for content across all platforms i.e. website, video, photography and digital media.
  • Precise and accurate in attention to detail - excellent proof-reader.
  • Not frightened to debate content - be customer’s voice!.
  • Confident in engaging with clients.
  • Pro-active to keep up to date with the company’s products, services and marketing campaigns
  • Keep up to date with all branding processes and guidelines (may be responsible for creating these).
  • Willingness to share knowledge and expertise, and guide other colleagues.
  • Results focused.
  • Multi-task and stay calm.
