- Reaching the targets and goals set for the management
- Increasing sales of the company's units
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
- Servicing the needs of our existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets
- Recruiting and test sales staff after training
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Report on sales activities to the top management
- Weekly meetings with Marketing Manager to see the ROI of our marketing campaigns.
- Day by day meetings with the sales team as to close the open deals.
Job Requirements
- Experience :7-15
- Preferred in Real Estate.
- Ms-office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Ms Projects , Strong web searching tools
- Very good of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure .
- Hard Worker .
