Job Description
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business potential growth.
- Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitor performance on continual basis.
- Overseen all hiring, training of personnel involved in sales.
- Develop, maintain, and improve business relations with all customers of the company.
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
- Responsible for driving revenue and use learning from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team.
- Attract, retain, train, and motivate a diverse sales force.
- Provide leadership on day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
- Sales management (planning, supervision, closing, valuation of effectiveness).
- Staff management (control of sales techniques, labor discipline, document processing).
- Correction of motivation model, decision making regarding staff hiring/ transfer/lay-off practices.
- Reporting deals information from the staff to the upper management on continual basis.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience as Sales Manager in Real-estate
- 6th of October and nearby locations residents
