Job Description

  • Plan and implement on-boarding process for all employees which includes: induction process, space planning, etc.
  • Being creative in lifting the team’s spirit engagement, commitment. culture and environment
  • Proactively plan and implement all office culture initiatives, such as activities, awareness campaigns, etc.
  • Brainstorming, planning, and implementing internal events, team outings, staff birthdays.
  • Develop learning and development best practises, and set up certain initiatives.
  • Trouble-shoot employee questions
  • Take care of the office discipline & ensuring policies are followed (attendance, absences, leaves, work from home...etc)
  • Prepare for annual meeting such as talent review and compensation reviews
  • Handle employee performance reviews and 1on1 meetings, as well as compensation reviews.
  • Conducting research, reports and preparing paperwork and presentations in related people operations functions
  • Manage Employee file system (Contracts, performance reviews, leaves, attendance)
  • Keeping track of set budgets for the function and reporting it to the concerned person.
  • Performing general office management tasks; ordering supplies, maintaining records

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in HRM or any related field
  • Passion for all things people operations related
  • Proven experience in people operations in a fast paced environment
  • Growth & motivation mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, active listening, conflict resolution)
  • Willingness and eagerness for self learning and development
