Job Description
- Create Supplier database
- following up all emails received from/to supplier clients and ensuring to provide, get optimum feedback.
- Following up and reviewing all documents
- Handling logistics of purchased goods.
- Ensuring all payments made in time and following up receipts.
- Recording all purchasing transaction and ensuring updating the relevant file daily.
- Tracking all orders, shipment since order until delivery at the warehouse and preparing the related reports.
- Following up with a clearance agent
- Comparing the current purchasing prices of a brand with the purchasing prices of the other alternative brands.
- Receiving purchases orders and get the best quality with the minimum cost
Job Requirements
- Possesses strong negotiation skills
- Has good verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Ms office with expertise in word, Excel and good knowledge of Photoshop
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Profile with updated and the photo is a must.
