Job Description

  • OD Specialist will be Responsible for implementing all the OD and Learning initiatives for all business units / Departments in accord with the company plans and objectives

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee.
  • Support specific performance improvement initiatives, eg through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and 360-degree feedback process.
  • Support in the process of developing and updating all organization as per the company’s objectives.
  • Implement, analyze and setting action plans of Employee Satisfaction Survey results
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, company newsletter or hints and tips email.
  • Plan and implement the company off-site events, such as performance excellence celebration, Team Building events.
  • Support in the development and deployment of programs including training needs analysis, vendor selection, design and development workshops.
  • Review and analyze feedback to establish courses which appear to provide most benefit to the organization’s employees.
  • Develop, and follow up on the implementation of the orientation for newly hired employees to ensure their full awareness with job description, career path, company lines of business, policies and procedures, company vision and mission.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • HR certificate / diploma is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years in HR field.
  • Maximum age is 28.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, HRIS).
  • Transportation is provided.
