The Main Target Of the Job is to set Responsibilities , KPIS AND Target for each and every job Position and to supervise each one to Reach together the Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Understanding, Supervising and Developing The job Descriptions of each and every Employee
- Following and Ensuring that Every Employee is on Track and nothing is Missing
- Issuing the Need of New Employees , preparing people to work in Essential Positions
- Filtering Cvs and Can Select a Professional candidate with outstanding skills, Experience and requirements that fit the Position
- Tracking the Attendance of Employees through tracking their Finger Prints each week and Monthy as well (tracking all their Movements)
- Following Employees attitudes, attendance, absences and progress through a fair evaluation ended up with penalties and Rewards
Job Requirements
- This Job Main Job Requirement is 2-3 years of Experience in the Human Resources in General Not one or Two Cores
- Excellent Communication skills
- Can hardly work in team work
