Job Description
- Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives
- Individual sales planning & sales funnel management
- Develop and rapidly grow the sales territory through cold calling and familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics
- Analyze customer needs and secure desirable business through the application of company products and services
- Provide estimates for all regular work and repair; understand service contracts in broad terms
- Maintain favorable client relationships
- Assess and follow customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
- Communicate to both customer and internal operations the necessary information to assure customer satisfaction and achieve sales cost objective
- Develop negotiating strategies with minimum monitoring by management
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of elevators/escalators
- Monitor collection of accounts
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Experience: 5+ Elevator industry sales experience
- Computer skills in MS Office and CRM database programs.
- Analytical ability and business acumen to analyze & prioritize opportunities
- Ability to meet & exceed challenging revenue & profitability growth targets
- Ability to understand customer business, identify solutions & communicate value for the customer by proposing and persuading to buy and assist with project management
- Ability to build customer relationships – all individuals within the sales/project management process: strong interpersonal & communications skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environment; collaboration with peers and colleagues; as well as being capable to effectively work independently
- Behavior characterized by the highest ethical standards
