Job Description

You will support our customers for our product: https://stacksmarket.com

  • Receive Tickets from customers, handles customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide technical software support and non technical responsive and competent telephone support and problem-solving to customers
  • Apply basic working knowledge of systems, procedures, customers, products and processes through the call
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, Deliver and exceed customer-specified service levels for handle time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience 2-3 years in E-commerce - Technical Support - Web
  • Technical Skills: HTML - CSS - WordPress Content Creation(is a plus)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Problem Solver
  • Time management
  • Language Skills: Very good level of English writing and reading
