- Receive Tickets from customers, handles customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide technical software support and non technical responsive and competent telephone support and problem-solving to customers
- Apply basic working knowledge of systems, procedures, customers, products and processes through the call
- Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance, refer or escalate to seniors staff as secondary solution to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer satisfaction, Deliver and exceed customer-specified service levels for handle time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience 2-3 years in E-commerce - Technical Support - Web
- Technical Skills: HTML - CSS - WordPress Content Creation(is a plus)
- Microsoft Excel
- Problem Solver
- Time management
- Language Skills: Very good level of English writing and reading
