Job Description
- Office clerical work: involvement in creating/modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts,memos, reports and emails.
- Assist in handling any administration inquiries and tasks. Maintain office supplies,anticipating needed supplies and placing orders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements if any.
- Completes check requests and reimbursement forms as needed.
- Responsible for preparing PR & PO for procurement.
- Follow up on the payment request, checks and vendor payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and other events.
- Contribute to budget preparation as well as managing to budget.
- Maintaining files, faxes, and other official documents.
- Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Receive and send packages and materials related to the division.
- Participate in preparing statistical reports.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
Job Requirements
- Business administration or related field.
- The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, & power point.
