Job Description
- Managing Product marketing & sales team and leading business development for several diagnostic lines.
- Conducting market researches in Diagnostics market and Blood banking and engaging customers as product experts.
- Preparing marketing activities related to product launch/deletion for diagnostics and Blood banks products; like product campaigns, workshops and live demonstrations.
- Managing and Planning, Coordinating and implementing all tactical marketing activities relating to product launch/deletion, market segment analysis, campaign management and project management.
- Identifying, Developing, Driving and Monitoring the Customer Value Proposition for the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio.
- Implementing marketing plan to secure the business generated from provisionally discontinued lines and swapping with updated versions.
- Conducting market research and developing the core positioning of the product and market share.
- Engaging customer as product experts to establish strong relationship and maintain the market insight.
- Preparing Sales forecast figures for running business on yearly and quarterly basis.
- Performing some troubleshooting on site, collecting data, analyzing, and finding out the root of problems.
- Preparing training tools, quick guides, other printed materials and all needed proof sources.
