Job Description
Summary of Job Description:
- Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations.
- The person will manage a team size of approx. 7 - 10 employees.
- Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster.
- Monitor and Process applications and meeting the SLA’s.
- Security related issues to be reported as per company policy.
- Training and implementation of new processes.
- Monitor and Coordinate with Officers and Accounts Department – end of the day cash handover to accountant.
- Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs.
- MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
- Adherence to SOPs.
Job Requirements
Knowledge Required:
- A graduate in any field with 3-5 years’ experience.
- 1 year & above in a Team Leader or Supervisory role - experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in use of computers - MS Office.
- Written & Spoken Skills (English, Arabic).
- Demonstrated Process Knowledge.
