About the Job

We are looking for outstanding, punctual, enthusiastic, and proactive members to help operate & manage one of the hottest start-ups around.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upmarket start-up where you will be adding value and supporting the business growth. We need help in a wide variety of tasks, so we are looking for genuine self-starters who can take on new responsibilities and tasks as they arrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service support through effective and timely use of phone, email, web chat & social media.
  • Listen to the customers’ needs and act on them in real time.
  • Identifying new potential clients/ leads and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making a lot of cold calls & messaging via email and social media.
  • Account management duties; maintaining contact with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of customer accounts and contacts.
  • Opening accounts for customers.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Develop and manage social media, online and offline marketing campaigns to help raise/increase brand awareness and attract new leads.
  • Handling the day to day operations & bookings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an adequate field.
  • Outstanding communication/presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Self-confident and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call.
  • Handle rejection well and move on to the next call quickly.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Advanced social media, internet usage and computer skills.
  • Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • You will be given a lot of responsibility from the get-go and need to be self-driven, adaptable & extremely flexible.
  • You’ll be comfortable working as a one-man band or playing your part in a team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for getting involved in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
  • Telemarketing/phone sales experience or real-estate experience is preferable.
