Project Specialist

We are looking for a Project Specialist who is passionate about implementing lean processes, providing exceptional quality service, and driving key project initiatives that will help manage process improvements. Who will manage support inquiries from internal customers, implement resolutions, and propose ideas to address requests in scale to support business growth. Working closely with Product, Operations, Customer Service and Tech. The role will provide an opportunity to learn Almosafer and Tajawal's business from the ground up along with being part of the Seera group, a company dedicated to change the travel industry in the MENA region.

The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, manage high volumes of tasks and projects and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. The candidate will also be customer-service oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people, are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project planning and execution.
• Partner with stakeholders and customers to reorganize rules to improve efficiency.
• Managing documentation: status reports, timelines, project brief Scheduling and leading project kickoffs.
• Coordinating deliveries across internal teams.
• Manage support ticket queue, driving a high standard in customer satisfaction and high-quality resolutions.
• Analyze the financial impact of business decisions.
