Job Description
- Facilitate KPI development with the Department levels and individual employees to be utilized in the Performance Management Program
- Assist in gathering of data, analysis of results, preparation of presentation as needed by the Board or the management and provide ad hoc services as required by Management
- Increase the organization's effectiveness by promoting corporate culture and developing a more functional organizational structure.
- Ensures that the organization is appropriately designed to deliver organization objectives in the short and long term and that structural change is effectively managed and communicated.
- Develop OD programs to various work related processes for maintaining sound operating and strategic performance of all departments.
Job Requirements
- University graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
