Job Description
- Create distribution model for fresh category & creams
- Plan daily distribution requirement for creams and fresh category products from the factories to Tiba branches to always insure freshness stamp dates
- Receive the daily fresh category requirements from sales team per warehouse and consolidates them for production team
- Report any increase or shortage from production team
- Coordinate with factories production team any updates in sales requirements
- Build effectively relationships between the Planning function, Sales team, production team, warehouse and logistics team
- Report daily distribution plan achievement percentage per SKU per warehouse
- Analyse daily shipping issues
- Support sales team with daily reports (stock report per branch “Creams )
