Job Description
- Understand DIRAC product's and service's offering
- Generate new leads for DIRAC SYSTEMS product & Services
- Approach New clients for selling of DIRAC Products (DIRAC ERP, DIRAC HR, and DIRAC CRM)
- Handling Sales cycle from lead generation to Contract Award
- Perform Account management of the awarded project a maintain a regular follow up
- Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after project execution
- Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities and communicate requested needs to the presales team for Demo preparation.
- Log calls and update Sales activities performed with clients accurately on sales force
- Proposals Preparations, Contracts handling, Share in Tenders
- Hand Over Awarded contracts for Project Management Teams and facilitation of Kick-off of projects
- Help in department general business development and marketing activities whenever needed
- Perform basic presales activities.
- Provide market and competitors intelligence
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, specialized Sales / Marketing Diploma (preferable)
- 3 + years’ experience of sales / BD activities experience, ERP or Business consultation background is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience.
- Very good English / Arabic languages are a must
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Well-developed administrative skills, organized and maintains the highest standards of attention-to-detail
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/ timelines and handle multiple priorities
- Initiative, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive attitude and team player
