Job Description
- Handling all recruitment functions that include sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring of all employees
- Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company’s performance.
- Provide expertise in strategy development and execution according to set policies.
- Responsible for preparing the Performance Appraisals according to the job descriptions considering different departments’ responsibilities and the competency framework.
- Manage training programs for management and employees.
- Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
- Review evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Build trust with employees and assess the degree of employee satisfaction and engagement that exists in a department or in the organization.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business administration or relevant field, MBA degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field
